How Your Plan Works – Extra Benefits

Your plan Extras: Your plan comes with additional benefits including dental, hearing, and vision allowance, over-the-counter items; free trips to medical and dental visits; and access to thousands of fitness locations nationwide and virtually.

  • You have access to Delta Dental PPO network or any licensed dental provider in the United States.
  • To find a dentist, visit deltadentalco.com and use the “Find a Dentist” tool.
  • You can also contact Delta Dental’s Customer Service toll-free at 1-800-610-0201 or email customer_service@ddpco.com

At the dentist: Use your Kaiser Permanente Health Record Number on your Kaiser Permanente ID card when you visit the dentist. You will not receive a separate dental ID card.

Your vision and hearing card gives you an annual allowance to buy vision hardware and hearing aid hardware.

  • Your plan comes with the allowances pre-loaded on a Visa card. You can use the card at an optical or hearing merchant who accepts Visa, including Kaiser Permanente Vision Essential and Hearing Centers, Costco, Target, Walmart, and more.
  • Members will automatically be issued the card before their effective date.
  • To check your balance and learn more, visit mybenefitscenter.com or download the OTC Networkmobile app. You can also call 1-833-365- 7674, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. MT, seven days a week.
  • Use your over-the-counter (OTC) allowance next time you need products like aspirin, eye drops, toothpaste, vitamins, flushable wipes, and more.
  • You are provided a quarterly allowance that can be used to purchase OTC items that are delivered to your door. Your allowance won’t roll over to the next quarter – so be sure to use your full amount each quarter. New quarters start in January, April, July, and October.

  • Next time you need a ride to the doctor, dentist, or pharmacy – reach out to SafeRide.
    • Your plan includes a limited number of one-way trips as indicated in your Evidence of Coverage (EOC).
    • Trips are within the Denver Metropolitan, Southern Colorado, and Northern Colorado service areas.
  • You can make your appointment:
    • By calling 1-855-932-5413, Monday through Sunday, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. MT (closed holidays)
    • Going online at SafeRide. Log in at kpco.member.saferidehealth.com
  • Members need to provide the following information to schedule their appointment:
    • Name, current address, and phone number
    • ID number (found on member ID card)
    • The doctor’s/facility’s name, address, and phone number for your appointment
    • The type of appointment (doctor, dentist, therapy, pharmacy, etc.)
    • Any special requests
  • Transportation must be scheduled at least 2 hours before your pick-up time.
  • If a ride must be canceled or rescheduled, call 1-855-932-5413 at least 3 hours before the pick-up time. If a ride is canceled with less than 3 hours’ notice, it will be deducted from the member’s annual ride balance.
  • Rides may be provided by taxis, rideshare services, vans, and medical transport, as determined by our transportation provider.

Your benefits include access to the One Pass™ fitness program that includes access to in-network gyms, online fitness classes and resources, home fitness kits, and an online brain health program.

Beginning January 1, 2025, you may visit www.YourOnePass.com or call 1-877-614-0618 (TTY 711), Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.:

  • To obtain an access code to provide to your gym or fitness facility.
  • For information about participating gyms and fitness locations, the program’s benefits, or to set up your online account.

You receive an annual (one calendar year) allowance to spend on covered health-related services such as personal training fees, fitness class fees, fitness location fees, and racquet club memberships. You’ll be reimbursed for covered expenses after submitting a reimbursement request form. See the Evidence of Coverage (EOC) for more information.
