Having Choice Products makes it easy to find doctors and facilities for your care.
Here’s an overview of getting care with Choice Products. There are two options to choose from with the Plus plan: Kaiser Permanente Network (Plan Providers) or Out-of-Network (Plus Benefit).
Kaiser Permanente Network
Kaiser Permanente Providers and medical offices.
- Access any Kaiser Permanente provider, affiliated hospital, or pharmacy, all within the integrated delivery system.
- There are 1,200 specially selected physicians in the Permanente network. To help you find a primary care physician who’s right for you, browse our online doctor profiles.
- You also have access to medical offices across the region. Check here for services, hours, and locations of each medical office—including urgent care.
Out-of-Network (Plus Benefit)
Choose any licensed provider (who is not in the Kaiser Permanente network) anywhere for care.
- Through the Out-of-Network (Plus Benefit) option, you can work directly with any licensed provider or facility anywhere.
- No referral is needed for office visits to non-Plan Providers or specialists.
