Employer & Broker Services

Employer & Broker Services (EBS) helps our employer and broker community resolve inquiries and unresolved service issues. These are often issues or inquiries that were not originally solved through our standard Kaiser Permanente channels.

When an inquiry or issue is routed to the team, a service specialist will provide personalized services, and routine updates, and own your inquiry or issue until it is resolved to make sure your expectations are met every time. For escalated requests, employers and brokers may contact our dedicated EBS team, which can answer service inquiries and resolve issues, including:

• Access to care, Referral/Authorization
• Benefit and claim payment concerns
• Unresolved matters, discrepancies, or issues
• Request for Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC), Explanation of Benefits (EOB), and Evidence of Coverage (EOC)

Account Management Team

Your account management team will provide you with day-to-day support. Please contact your account manager or associate account manager for support in strategic planning and development, enrollment meetings, or other needs regarding your Choice Products plan.
