Plus Plan
Overview
The Plus plan is a traditional plan with an added benefit, called the Plus Benefit, that gives members more choices and more convenience by providing access to see non-Plan Providers for certain covered outpatient services annually (visit limits apply).
Kaiser Permanente Network: In-network care from Kaiser Permanente’s highly rated integrated health care delivery system. This option provides the most coordinated care with the lowest out-of-pocket costs.
Out-of-Network (Plus Benefit): Members can receive services from any licensed provider or facility they choose (except those already included in the Kaiser Permanente Network) up to a set number of visits or covered outpatient medical services each year.
